The wait was extravagantly long before our server came to our table and for food after ordering. We watched another family get up and leave after waiting for a server. 45 minutes for a burger is not realistic.
Just had the worst service ever at Red Robin. We usually love Red but tonight it was slow and cheese on my burger was not even melted. Very disappointed
Food was alright but the service sure needed help.
I thought I had a great burger experience with the family. Then, 4 hours later, all of our stomachs started churning like Mount Vesuvius. This is going to be a fun night! #orderextrawelldone
