Went for a late night supper (8pm, so there were very FEW tables with customers inside) with my room mate, took 25 minutes to get our food, my fries were cold, my room mates bigger was cooked wrong, the busser/dishwasher had no skills on how to speak with customers about an order. Our server was great, this experience in no way reflected on him! Not sure if we'll go back to this particular restaurant or not.

Burger was good I am a big fan of steak fries!! But I was disappointed cause bottomless fries is a joke because you have to wait a long time for fries!! Other tables are waiting for fries too. Just not worth the price and the advertisement of bottomless fries is misleading. Sad.but true..
I went for my birthday freebie and got the guacamole bacon burger. It was perfect.
Not a big fan of the chain restaurant thing! But this is close by and we wanted a burger, so we tried it. The dining room was packed and obviously 'family friendly" so we went to a table in the bar. Fast forward to our visit the other day. Our sever/bartender was great but not 'too much'. We had great food for sure. Caught some great sports and left happy! This is a surprising experience for a chain!!!
Waitress, Mercedes was a sweetheart. Too bad the kitchen couldn't cook food in a reasonable timeframe (45 minute wait for food). And the manager, Dusty has a serious attitude problem. Complaint filed with corporate. Ruined my son's birthday dinner.
