I have gone to the Peoria location several times (5) and every time they deceived me that they added my orders to my phone number and I have checked on the website every single time and they LIE, LIE, LIE. I have gone on my birthday twice and they claimed I did not redeem my coupons, ANOTHER LIE. What does that tell you! BEWARE! My daughter and I were ignored a solid ten minutes or so. Waitress finally came over for drink order and I had to call her back to order appetizers. She had to visit with several tables before she could put our order in. When my son-in-law showed up, she had time for us then.
Worst got damn burger restaurant ive ever eaten at . Food was late , cold , for being late the meat wasnt cooked properly. The waitress kept giving me an attitude whenever i asked for a refill of WATER . Then had the nerve to throw me on blast and have the rest of the crew wish me a happy birthday when i wasnt happy with the service at all.
The food was ok, but maybe they were understaffed? Our service was not good. My mom told our waiter she didn’t want to pay on Ipad thing. And he then proceeded to show her how and just walk away. I won’t be back.
