Bad service. Unlimited salad for me and unlimited French fries were not given. Waitress walked by our table several times and when she finally did she asked if we were ready for desert. Told her we were waiting for more salad and fries with our meal. Too late now. Won’t return.
Service was ok, was asked what type of fries I wanted, I chose the Garlic Parmesan. Never told they were $1.49 more. And definitely not worth it. Also we asked for a burger to be lettuce wrapped 1 minute after we put the order in. The server said "sure , I will just have to tell the kitchen ." It came out on a bun. The server came by and said " oh looks like they didn't do it, oh well I tried ". She didn't try all night .
Aside from the server being very kind I felt the managers were a bit unprofessional and the food was not temperature hot it just seemed like it was a bit off don't know if I would go here ever again and used to be a good place to go to
Everything was hot and fresh and well done burgers with no pink is always a plus!
We had a large party of over 23 and our server, Kelsey, was outstanding and never showed signs of losing patience. Thanks for making our time that much more enjoyable, Kelsey!
Loved that fact that the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. Mind you, there was a wait..must have been bigger parties, but we were seated right away none the less. Servers were polite and attentive. Food was delicious. We ordered the Fish and Chips. Will order again.
