Tonight my mom, who is visiting from WA, and I came in and sat in the bar. Our server, Cara, was the best server I have had coming to your location the last two years I’ve been in Surprise. Thank you for giving us a great experience and make sure you keep her!
The service at the Surprise location was definitely lacking. It has been awhile since we visited Red Robin and it is not as good as it used to be. The burgers tasted frozen and were over cooked. Won’t be my burger go to place...
We love the burgers but we waited for over an hour for or order.
Horrible service the waitress didn’t even ask to refill our drinks. Let alone really ask us for drinks. We went because of the teacher deal. The burger I had sucked no flavor not enough sauce. It was a little busy but to not even give us the light of day really leaves a sour taste in my mouth about Red Robin
Great burgers, our waitress was super nice and made sure we got our BOGO 50% off deal! I need to eat here more often!
