What exactly happened to my favorite burger joint the service was horrible burger was raw bacon not cooked 10 cold fries and we were not even given a refill or offered more onion rings on my wife's plate were cold and her burger was raw I am not sure I will be back to spend 40.00 for burgers and 1 alcoholic drink Your prices are out of hand for mediocre food and terrible service
Service was slow. Seater wanted to seat our party of 3 next to another family that clearly had no room as it was. When we asked if we could sit at any of the other 3 empty tables we were told they were assigned to someone. We were next in line, I find it hard to believe they were "assigned" when we were first. Wasn't the first time service was slow, but decided to give the restaurant another chance since it happened to be a new restaurant we were visiting. Was a bad experience!! Servers were very slow !! Didn't get our order correct ,, salad came same time as meal Had to ask twice to get our check !! We have decided we want be going back !! It wasn't the first bad experience!!
Had the worst service ever at a red robins restaurant and we will never go back to this location again.
Love the orange creamsicle. Salad and Onion soup was great as was the service. No waiting.
Way overpriced for you what you get. Food was ok. Great service though!
