Ordered food from Red Robin surprise on Monday. Paid for my food from Uber and didn’t even receive my whole order. Called them immediately and the manager (who wouldn’t give me his name) said he would refund my the money, and a little more. Apologized so I thought everything was good. Well on Thursday my money never got refund. Called again, talked to the same guy who told me, oh sorry you should have just called Uber, I’ll send you a gift card of $10 to shut you up. Never even got the email from him. Horrible service.

RecommendedRed robin has the best burgers! My favorite burger they have is the Whiskey rose BBQ burger. Its delicious!

Wrong food given, couldn’t track down a waitress until the other meal was finished to get the correct burger, took all meal to get a refill, they forgot the cheese sauce when they brought the food, and the fries didn’t come that we were supposed to get while waiting for the food fix! Tipped the waitress really well since I assumed she was overworked or not trained properly but I wouldn’t eat here again. I will say the one in Goodyear is a lot better.
