We got seated fast but it was like 20mins before the waiter came over to get our drinks. My husband food was cold they did take $10 off our bill but I have had better service with them

Had a rare kid free day yesterday and the the hubby and I decided to try Red Robin in Liberty MO. This was the first time either of us had been to one. Our server was good and food came out on a timely manor. Unfortunately my burger was burnt. Our server fixed this for me quickly and without issue. I understand stuff happens and was not upset about it. The food was good, and the I think it's called campfire sauce we had with our onion rings was amazing. We definitely will be coming back.
Tables were greasy condiment bottles greasy benches greasy not very clean and that was disappointing service was terrible no silverware until we asked for it after food was delivered which had steamed broccoli and fruit cups for the kids also didn't refill my sons "bottomless drinks " and only got two orders of fries that both had barely any fries in the two baskets.
