Worst experience ever! Cold sweet potato fries, no silverware for salad, iced tea that didn't taste fresh brewed! By the time silverware arrived for salad I was finished my sandwich otherwise it would have been cold too! No apology or any acknowledgement that our meal was a disaster.
The guy who seated us was great. We don’t go often but I’ve seen him before. This particular location needs a serious upgrade other than the table side video menu. Unfortunately we seated right between the kitchen and the bathroom! I kept getting wiffs is that nasty “urinal cake” fragrance. Eeewww! However my burger was great and I could see from my view the waitress station, it was very clean. But not the best seating.
Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Never a bad meal
The wait staff is always pleasant. The food is always a delight! The worst part is it is SUPER hard to get a decent signal on your cell phone inside.

the waitress could of been more nicer instead of saying brb n don't show up or after taking our drinks didn't offer if we wanted to start with appetizers.
