My first time was great loved my burger the southern charm my boyfriend loves the endless root beer floats n fries employees kept his mug full was a good place to get a burger that i crave now been back already the red robin we went to was at the annapolis mall in maryland

RecommendedToday Red Robin offered free dinner to school staff and I’ve been home for 1 hour and I still feel stuffed. Thank you for a wonderful night out with great service. Thank you for a chance to hang out with teammates and enjoy a meal that’s longer than 25 minutes. It was awesome!
We waited to be seated for what we were told would be 35 minutes. 50 minutes goes by and tables are completely free but no one was bussing them. We finally get seated and TEN minutes go by. Our children are hungry and I over hear another waitress apologize to another table that they ran out of food. I hear a different waitress apologize to a different table for all the problems. Coffee was lukewarm and not good. The burger we had was so so. We could have gone to burger king and had the same quality. This was my sons first visit here (a burger connoisseur) and he said it was "just ok" I've been here a couple times and this was the first mediocre meal I have had.
Great service, very polite waitress and great food. My little one and I enjoyed ourselves.
We eat there 3 or 4 times a week I have never had a bad meal there the staff is the greatest,they treat us like family and that’s something you just don’t find anymore
