Kudos to manager Jim and server Staci! On 12/18/2015, We had a few hiccups during our meal and they more then took care of us! One sandwich was wrongly delivered- Staci caught it before we started eating. The other sandwich was cold and they promptly made a new one hot and fresh no questions asked! This place more than knows how to treat their customers and they go above and beyond to show they really care about you and your return to their establishment! This is one reason my family loves Red Robin!
