This place is really hit or miss. If you get the right server, it can be a better experience. But the most recent trip, both of our burgers were only warm, the fries were just barely warm. I was never asked if I wanted a refill of my drink, and we were the FIRST PEOPLE seated right at opening, and there were few people in there at that time, so it was hardly too busy... Both times I’ve been to Red Robins recently I’ve gotten 1/2 cooked chicken sandwiches. Manager tried telling me that it was the type of chicken they used & that the chicken was temped. So disappointed in the location. Definitely not wanting to go back there.
My wife and I come every so often. We get great emails for free burgers and appetizers. We have a favorite waitress named Lori. We always get her. She’s attentive. My glass is never empty. She checks up on us always at the right moments. Red Robin is one of our favorites. For you’s that have bad service, ask for Lori. Take care.

Kenosha Wisconsin Red Robin lets put some money in your restaurant. Seats with big tears. Looks like crap.
Favorite restaurant by far. We eat there quite often and we always have great service no matter who our waiter/waitress is at the Kenosha, WI location.
Good burgers and fries! The beer (in a frosty mug) was nice and cold. The zucchini and cheese curds were awesome! Great service from our waiter (Chris). I have never been disappointed with the food at Red Robin! Yum!
