Hadn't been to a Red Robin a couple years but yet now have been to this location twice in two weeks. Tastey food, great staff, and fast service. Live the pretzel bites and cheese...yum. Burgers were awesome ... mmm mmm mmm. On first visit, my son left some greeting cards on table. I called 30 min later to see if they were saved, and they were! I am now a super fan if this place.

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but Red Robin is one of the few exceptions I'll make. Excellent burgers and great service! My family and I had a very enjoyable experience and we will be back soon.
My son and I ordered take out today (7/11/17 about 12:45). We were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We were more than an hour late, but called ahead of time to let them know. When we got there the lady attending the bar asked if we would like a new burger, being that ours was cold. We said yes. She went and resubmitted the order. If you want a good Burger. Red Robin is the place to go.
Food was okay but our booth was very dirty. Had to ask waitstaff to wipe food off of the seats. Lots of food between the bench seats and the windows. Makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like.😳
My family & I went to your establishment on Monday to enjoy a little b-day meal as it was our sons 2nd b-day. They sang to him & said that he gets a free b-day sundae. So my question is why is there a charge of $1.99 for an entertainment fee? Grant it, yes the b-day sundae was not charged but you have to be fricking kidding me? You actually charge to have the servers sing then FYI then need singing lessons, if your going to charge people just saying....
