I want to give a huge thank you to the staff. They were slammed busy, and due to that, part of our order ever made it out. Not only did they make good and bring it out, but took it off our bill as well. Then to our surprise, the manager came out and told us he was going to take care of our entire bill. I can't thank them enough for their generosity. Oh by the way, we were there for my children's birthday and they even brought out sundaes for them. Thank you again Red Robin.
