We used to love Red Robin, but tonight we went and sat for a half an hour, watched 2 tables that came in after us get their drinks and we hadn't even seen our waiter yet. Horrible service. We walked out and went somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible. Patrick is the worst pick on a manager. Was kicked out for complaining about an egg. AN EGG. Then was accused of throwing eggs? Even though we only had one egg that was rubbery and cold. Sorry but if we're paying that much for a burger we want a runny egg. This man had the balls to act rude in front of my child, threw us a new egg and kicked us out. PATHETIC beyond belief. bad service last it was to busy to better when not busy
I absolutely love Red Robin! Except tonight... The service was Ok but I asked for no pink in my burger and ended up getting pink. Then when I sent it back I head my waiter say "make sure that shit is done!" And when I got my burger it was BURNT! I can honestly say I wish "Swalker" (a waitress there) was always my server. She's extremely polite, caring, and is always smiling.
love this place, so accommodating! Brought friends from Japan and England here :)
Terrible service and the food was cold. It's just costs too much to experiment that.
