Was at Red Robin Saturday and was leaving and slipped on the greasy floor and fell.The manager just looked at me and asked"Are you ok"And thats it.I had to crawl to a carpet area because my husband and I kept on slipping.Bruised my elbows and legs.Ripped my new jeans.The place was only open an hour.Walked out in tears no apology or asking to fill out a report.
Normally, I would write a FANTASTIC review for Red Robin! However, this was the first time we came on a Friday night, when it was very busy...and sadly, I was VERY disappointed !!! My normally DELICIOUS bacon cheeseburger was very lackluster ! No taste, bun was hard and just down-right BLAH ! And to top it off-I got 5 (count ‘em) FIVE fries with my meal!!! So, Eau Claire Red Robin...you really let me down tonight!!!����
I will probably never return to red Robin again. The service was awful.. they were understaffed and only bad one server for the whole restaurant.. My burger came out completely wrong and burnt. I'm not one to send food back but I had to in this case. The manager was super nice which was the only upside to such a bad experiance. Second time around the burger was pretty good though. But with the slow service, and having to send my food back I will not be returning.
Love Red Robin. We tried the nickel pickles for the first time. Amazing. Always good food
