Everything started out fine. The wait time after ordering didn’t seem too long, but when we did get our food, the fries were cold and the burgers were lukewarm. The kids’ burger patties were dry, and good luck finding someone to ask for ketchup. A McDonalds kids meal would have been better. We then asked for 2 hot fudge sundaes. Then we sat and waited, and waited, and waited. What was plopped down in front of us was literally completely melted, liquid ice cream topped with whipped cream and a cherry. in the past few years this restaurant has gone down hill. My wife I ate here last night, our tap beer tasted like the lines haven't been cleaned in years. Ordered a bowl of soup and asked for it as an appetizer and it came out with my meal. Our server never check back to ask how our meal was until after we were done eating. unfortunately I do not think we will be dining again at this Red Robin location
