Poor service, mediocre food Waitress never came back during the meal.
Now this is not typica for the restaurant but two days in a row (yes I went to days in a row) it took 5-10 minutes for the server to come, first day we sent the silverware back as there was still food on BOTH forks and sent the plates back as there was grease and food in those. Second day we had fries left in the seat from the previous guests, a wait 5-10 minute wait for the server to meet us, I wasn’t offered more fries (I had to ask), bathroom trash was overflowing, and food was everywhere on the floor in the restaurant. Not impressed on this trip. Got seated immediately and had our drinks 10 minutes later. Asked the waitress to come back in 2 minutes to take our orders. She didn't come back for 20 plus minutes. Our appetizer plates were dirty also. Food was good, service sub par for a non busy night.
To start the night off we got sat at a dirty table, then the hostess asks " would you like me to have someone wipe down your table?" Uh duh!!! And then we waited 10-15, minutes before the manager came, and the manager move us to a new table, said I'll be right back and didn't come back until we we're paying our bill.. not to mention my grilled chicken was under cooked. Needless to say our $45 worth of food, that was only 1/3 eaten was terrible, not cooked and over priced!! Don't plan on going back!
My daughter chose to eat here for her 10th birthday. It took 15 minutes to get my daughter's drink. We ordered our food 30-40 minutes ago and it still isn't here yet. Not happy.
Took 3 times to get my burger right, food was free after that. Service was excellent. Kitchen not so organized...
Service was very slow even though there was lots of empty tables. The drinks took over 10 minutes after ordered and it was just 2 Sodas and a water . The food was cold, sandwiches and fries. The only thing that was hot was the second helping my daughter had of Mac and cheese. I don't think I'll try the oshkosh location again...maybe try Appleton .
