Very, very, very disappointed in Red Robin. Went there for my daughters birthday yesterday, and the service sucked. Told them it was her birthday, never got the birthday song group. Waitress sucked. Her name was Pagie. Husband waited 10 or so minutes for a soda. More in likely we will not come back. When we called and complained, the manager didn't seem to care and told us to come back and they would sing happy birthday to my daughter, like really. Good service quick to get food out but quality wasnt worth the cost
Tonight a bunch of us went here to surprise a friend who hasn't seen her brother in over 7 years (due to fighting for our freedom). He is about to deploy again for a year, so he flew to WI to surprise her at Red Robin. First of all, they don’t take reservations and they set a table aside for over ten of us when their entire dining room was full. Came in as a last minute decision on a Friday night so we weren’t expecting to stay, thought it would be awhile before we could sit, we were told 20-25 minutes, so we stayed, probably not even 15 minutes later we were seated. 5 of us in our party. Waitress was very nice and very attentive, food was delicious. Overall had a great dining experience. Food and drinks were perfect. Service was awesome. Only thing wrong, Bathroom was very dirty. But I would go again.
When we got seated we went to ask the lady if we could be switched to more accommodating seating for an infant but Before we even had the chance to ask she quickly walked away . So when she came back we politely asked to be moved. She then gave us a dirty look and said well.. It’s gonna be a longer wait.. in a rude tone. We will not be treated in this manner.
