Service was OK We had a ok experience My wife and sister order was right on time But my burger it had to be replace 3 times I will go and give it another shot just don't no when
Hair in the burger took forever to find the waitress to correct.
I ordered the Southern Charm burger and it was perfect. Fantastic food and great service!
This is one great place! Food and service is top notch! Plus being a Royalty member gets me a free burger on my birthday and after 10th one I buy!! Yay Red Robin. My kind of place.
The last two times we have been here, we happened to have the same server.... & the service was horrible. The first time was a "mom's date" with 2 of my friends & our kids. We watched our server pick up a basket of fries from another table & dump it on ours... same thing happened the second time with my boyfriend & kids! We got our food before we even got our kids' milks. I don't know what happened to the food here either! Our burgers tasted like frozen patties that were microwaved. We won't ever return.
