This new Red Robin is awfully small and crowded. I don't think their business is going to go well. It is difficult to get to, trying to get to the restroom was a trip. I wonder if fire department approved the building. Entirely too crowded..
The place was ice cold had to tell them to turn on the heat 4 times then after it got warm then after we were going it got ice cold again we are never coming back here
As always, the food was very good. We had burgers and chili cheese fries. Way too much good food. Had to bring some of it home. The pup and the daughter were happy, tho.
I received a discount in email today. Good thru 1/15. The place is closed and the new one doesn't open until 1/16. Really?
All was good till we got our check. Even though we did not play sny games there was an entertainment charge. Also had a coupon for buy one get one half off, at first they took off the coupon then but not the entertainment charge, called the server back, they proceeded to take off the entertainment charge but took the coupon discount off. Called the server back and had the coupon discount put back on, the entertainment charge appeared again. This went on 4 more times. Finally they got it right. Will I go back? My family eats here with great regularity, and we have yet to be disappointed.
