I wish I didn’t have to write this post because I love Red Robin, but being that we are a Military Family and we strongly support our vets, we will no longer be spending money on your restaurant after you refused service to a vet and his service dog. I will make sure to pass that on to our friends and family as well who strongly support our military and vets. Refusing service to a Bet and his service dog?? You’ve lost my money now too!! By law your staffs actions were illegal and no a service dog does NOT have to wear a vest or produce documents!! Your training of your employees obviously is lacking very much!! I hope they file charges against your Manager on Duty is Chris Enlen and Red Robin!!
Service was lagging, our server came around only when we had to flag him down. Appetizers were AWFUL, order the chips salsa and guacamole. The guac was brown, they only gave us 9 tortilla chips. The salsa was mixed with the guac, and was just onion and tomatoes. We sent it back, the other appetizer we ordered didn’t come as a full order and it was horribly small for a party of 4. There old location Was better. New location is dirty, non inviting, feels older in there new location then there old which is weird fairly new building. Bad lighting, ugly colors. Dirty floors and silverware. Food was still good at least.

All around dinner last week (take out) was not very good but PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, stop cooking your donuts in the same grease you cook your fish in! They tested and smelled like fish! Couldn't even eat them!
The service was good but my burger was very over cooked and there was barely any guacamole on it, just enough to taste. I don’t like chain restaurants.
