Celebrated my birthday at Red Robin yesterday. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend going there. Plus super clean.

I ordered a "simple" burger that was very tough and lacked any flavor. It was served barely lukewarm, along with the fries. We had to wait for napkins and silverware, which further cooled the food down and I had to add both mayonnaise and A-1 Steak sauce to it because it was so dry. The restaurant was not busy at all, so it wasn't like there were just too many people to serve. Our waitstaff was very friendly and nice but the food just fell way short.
Super busy but we were seated quickly. Food and wait staff were great.
The food was excellent but the hostess was exceptional. Lydia the hostess was so accommodating, Sweet & beautiful inside out. I was there with my granddaughters & we enjoyed the visit.
I you want a fancy burger with fancy ingredients, these are fine. The plain, basic burger lacks flavour.
