My husband and I ordered take out from there on October 29th and we were given one incorrect sandwich. When I called to inquire and say that we were to far to go back and get it the manager was not helpful. He said we could come back in sometime and have a burger on him. He was not willing to mail us a voucher, coupon, or gift card for the value of the sandwich. He said it would be credited back on our card within 14 business days. Great food, atmosphere, service and just a comfortable place to go eat.
I have never experienced such horrible service. Waitress left our drinks empty for nearly the entire dining experience. Bottomless fries consisted of no refills. And worst of all she "couldn't find a clean fork" for me to use to eat my food with. I've never heard of a restaurant not being able to provide a guest with a FORK!
