We were seated as we walked in and had requested Leah's section. She had just been seated just before that and our service was still exceptional. She answered questions we had since this was our first time there. I also saw the managers pitching in helping another server and that makes the difference in service, they are team members!!
I haven't eaten there in a while but I have never had any issues until tonight. It was probably the worst service I have ever had in my life except for one time. I asked if I could order some fruit while we looked at the menu for my 3 yr old. The server told me that she couldn't do that because it would "confuse the kitchen" ok so my son can wait I guess. It was my first time at Red Robin it was Deliouse. ..Hamburger was juice cooked the way I wanted....The Fries was hot an good....Hats off to the Cooks an Waitress
Florence is never consistent. It wasn't busy but it was dirty as if it was. Food came quickly but it was cold. I hate the Ziosk. The server only came by twice and once was to give us our check. Didn't even ask if we wanted a dessert.
My mom and I ordered the same thing It was good but an hour later we were sick and throwing up all we ate! Something was definitely wrong with the food!
To expensive service was just ok Won't be back.
Just had appetizers and drinks. Great service at lunchtime.
