This location has cut back severely on its portions, but not the price. Staff acts like they don't want to be there. I'm so disappointed in how this place has gone down the tubes. Management needs to be fired!
I have never had good service at any red robin. The food is okay but it is the service that taints it.
Just went to the red robin by PDX airport. It was just awfully!!! Waited for 20 minutes for a half completed drink order! And over 45 minutes for our appetizers only to be told that they ran out of pretzel bites. When we finally got our order everyone of our plates were cold! Imagine 5 ppl with cold dinner! The manager had our meal remade but never once apologized, neither did our server! When we got the bill we were charged for the pretzel bites!
