Not good service I’ll try in another one
Showed up at 9pm to place a to-go order for family flying in and ended up sitting down to eat when their flight got delayed. This Red Robin staff has literally the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Red Robin. Adrienne was friendly, professional, and an overall amazing server. Absolutely recommend dining here.
we had a group of 9 with no reservations. we got right in and the service was great on a Sunday at 12:30. Don't remember our waitresses name but she was awesome and involved 👍🏻

Your staff makes posts about customers and has people telling staff to poison food? If evidence of this comes out, and this is true, I hope your staff involved gets FIRED!!! For now i will believe that Conservative customers are not welcome at your restaurant and could possibly be recorded and/or poisoned. If the evidence shows this to be untrue i will remove my review. But if your staff did this I will be leaving my review.

Great burger to-go! Haystack Tavern with garlic fries! Suggestion to Red Robin - For take out orders, a burger with fries and a drink doesn't meet the minimum for delivery. I ordered another item for $6 to hit the $10 minimum and of course didn't eat it as it was too much food. Maybe consider allowing the customer to "donate the difference" to get to the minimum to avoid an unnecessary purchase.
