I had to pay extra for a bigger burger because they ran out of the smaller size I wanted. I couldn't finish the burger of course. So $3 extra. The service was very slow also.

I got food poisoning from the fish & chips this place is nasty
ordered from the grand ave location tonight for our company... one star is being nice. Food was delivered. Burgers were burnt, no dressing for any of the salads, multiple orders were wrong and special instructions not followed. Called the "manager" was not able to receive any calls per the desk employee. He then stated, "it's busy tonight, it is what it is"....really in customer service ??? Then stated that if I really felt an issue the manager could call me tomorrow. Its hot in here!! Service was horrible.. wrong food brought to our table. Super dirty here!!! Gross.
It's good and good service! BUT need to keep fries FRESH and HOT!!! When I get food and I feel the fries and it isn't hot and some are too taste old!
