Do not order delivery from the Oklahoma City Quail Springs store. $90 of food arrived 45 minutes late after sitting on their counter waiting for their delivery service. Manager blamed it on the delivery service but they didn't attempt to keep the food warm and offered no apology. Ordered direct from the Red Robin website and tried to use a coupon they e-mailed me the day before but it was not honored. Bad experience with no help from the manager to resolve.

Server didn't bring silverware or napkins until we asked for them. Didn't bring all our food to the table had to ask for it. Had to ask for refills and for our check. Fries were cold. First time at this Red Robin and will be my last. I love Red Robin but this one sucked!

alot of great food options that arw yummy
They endless fries were always hot and fresh and they had an option for my Veganess.. an impossible patty wrapped in lettuce would be nice to have more options for vegans though
