Sat down and waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to take our drink order. At least 5 servers walked past our table and no one even acknowledged that we were there. The 2 tables that got seated next to us after about 15 minutes both got their drink orders immediately. We got up and walked out. Worst experience ever.
The food was ok but, apparently, our server decided to take a bath in cologne before coming to work. I could smell something when we first walked in the door then discovered it was our server. I thought I was going to get sick before we left. This should not be allowed since so many people have chemical allergies. Not to mention, I never got a refill on my drink & we were never offered a refill on fries. Terrible service. Thanks for the migraine.
My burger was so rare that I opened my mouth to bite it and it mooed at me! Because it was delivered I had no way of sending it back. So don't say well done, say please burn and maybe you will be able to eat your burger
Waited too long for a table for 8 and even longer to get our food. Drink refill cane after I had finished eating. Not the first time this has happened here. Don't know why we went back. Won't make that mistake again.

Been there several times and they are always consistently great! Join the rewards program, which I highly recommend, and get rewards added to my account frequently. And on your birthday you get a free burger with of course, bottomless fries!!!
My first time to eat there was yesterday, it was good not great, the bottom of my ciabatta bun broke up into small pieces, I had to flip it over to eat it, messy, and the burger, fries and sweet tea wasn’t worth 16$
