I came in at a very slow time today it was 4:00pm and so not at all busy. My 11 dollar chicken sandwich was a soggy mess. They offer unlimited French fries but they gave me 5 fries at a time. I got sick for asking for more fries haha funny thing is I have never before wanted more than one order of fries at one setting till today because they were so stingy. I don't usually leave bad reviews but the service and food last night was on a completely different level. My boyfriend and I went there last night, we were seated quickly but took a while to get out drink order and our waitress wasn't very friendly. We ordered our food and i ordered a nacho crunch burger with no veggies but what I received was a very dry (I asked for some pink) small cheeseburger with nothing pepper jack cheese, I asked the waitress if this was the right burger (knowing it wasn't) and she said it was but sh... read more
The service is so phenomenal EVERYTIME i place my order to go. Only one complaint, I ordered sweet potato fries and got steak. I would post a picture of the receipt but it won't let me. Order #60040. I live quite far to turn around and have them fix it.
