The manager was friendly and fixed my prob. The pig out burger was very good.
I got the crispy chicken salad and it was delicious :))))
Wait staff was nice and friendly. But i ask for my burger to be well well done and it came out raw. She ask if i would like for them to remake it but it took 30 minutes to get our order to the table so i figured if i waited for another everyone i was with would be done eating waiting for me. So i ate it as is. On the bright side they did give me 50% off on my burger. But we wont be coming back. Oh and by the way they could sweep the floors from time to time the place was filthy
The service was great and the food was cooked to order. The place is clean and looks good since the remodel. Will definitely go back again.
The food was wonderful, the service amazing. Had some confusion with one of our entrees and they went above and beyond to make it right. LOVE Red Robin!
Normally we love it! Tonight, my family went there and waited for 15 mins and no one came to wait in us. Three people who came in after us were waited on and no one even came over to us. So disappointed, so we left.
Food is always good, enjoyed our visit. Will return for more.
