. In the past, we've had mostly good experiences (although the food has never been as good as it is when we've eaten at the restaurant.) For the most part, a certain amount of the food to go not meeting the higher quality of dining in is to be expected with temperature, taste, etc. not quite able to compete. However, I don't believe it should go down 2 or 3 points!!! My food was Clucks & Shrimp plus Clam Chowder . It was not warm plus I had only 2 tasteless Chicken Strips and 5 very tiny shrimp that were tasteless as well. M... read more

Recommendedgood burgers tea was ok but not as sweet as I'd liked it. Overall no wait time drinks came out immediately ordered our food and that was out to us in about 10 minutes.

Recommendedthe server Maxwell was very nice and polite and helpful and thorough and his custom 🍔 recommendation turned out great and the bottomless🥗 is always a highlight of my Red Robin visits.
It took 2 hours to get our food. The food was cold. I called and the told us too go thru DoorDash and we credit on DoorDash no refunds. That is stupid we are now with out food. Cindy Robertson
