After a tough day I decided to have dinner at Red Robin this evening with my daughter, it's one of her favorite places. The customer service was absolutely wonderful and each person we came in contact with made our experience a very positive one. Thank you Red Robin Crew working on July 19, 2016 around 6pm!
The last time I visited this location, the service was so horrible that I'm never going back. All of the orders at my table were wrong including drinks. When the orders came out the second time, half of the orders were still wrong. Ordered the garlic dip for my fries and never got it!! The server was extremely RUDE.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. Quoted 20 min and waited 1 hr 15 min to get sat. Food came out all wrong. So frustrating and upsetting. Server was horrid.
I'm a vegetarian with celiac disease and I had a delicious, safe meal today. I got the Royal Red Robin burger, but had them leave off bacon, sub an extra fried egg for the patty, and put it on a GF bun. They took great care of me. Our server, Ramón, was the best server we have ever encountered. A great experience! We'll be back.
