Omg ! James and the manager (Andrew) tonight went above and beyond !!! I was not aware the pretzel bites were not baked and Let me tell you what they did ... they baked them! And we were some what of a difficult table but not on purpose ! I could go on and on but I just wanted to say Thank you and this is the best customer service I have had in a long time ! Well done !!!
Great service from our server and the manager who took time to speak to my youngest about reading and even went as far as giving her a books for burgers challenge certificate. My daughter was in heaven! Thank you Stephanie and staff for going above and beyond to ensure our visit was outstanding!
I ate one of my favorites - Red's Chili Chili. In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurant chili dishes out there. One thing I attempt to do is to try a restaurant's chili if it is on their menu. And as I said, I think this is one of the best. Service, as usual, at Red Robin, was excellent.
This was our first visit...the gourmet burgers were excellent & the service was fantastic. The only negative was we were there on a Saturday afternoon; lots of kids (soccer, etc) & the noise level was off the charts. All in all the best burgers!!!
They were very busy and were short 3 servers. And unfortunatly the cook messed my order up. But the Manager himself checked on us twice. The right order was made and they even didnt charge me for my alcoholic beverage. Mistakes happen, but they made up for it wonderfully and we will be going back soon
