Awful service. We saw our waitress twice, which is pretty bad for a place with bottomless sides and beverges.

the burgers are cook to perfection, and omg the egg put it over the top, and the fries, mmmmm
Great food, great service. Friendly waitress Kim... however they had NO ICE CREAM!! So we couldn’t get any desserts. We ordered a cake and ice cream dessert we just got cake!!
We’ve never had poor food quality until tonight. Chicken on my salad was rubbery. Husbands soup lukewarm. Toastada that came with salad was greasy and unappealing.
Went for lunch today. Wonderful food, great service. Will definitely be back!
Tonight’s meal was by far the worst dinner we have ever had! Hair on the fries, chicken was rubbery and under cooked and then we ordered dessert and the donuts were not even cooked all the way- complete dough dipped in sugar! Manager of the night was arrogant and not a good manager at all! I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I usually love Red Robin’s but not this location! Feel sorry for the waitress though!
