Back in the day this was the place to go -- balloons for the kids, singing for your birthday and good service. Now: no balloons ever. No signing for my daughter's bday or my husband's. The server forgot about getting us the ice cream and we had to wait FOREVER. And that the "Red Robin" never is there. Service is slow. We will not be going back until things change.
