After going in and needing a table of 10 last night at 5:20 I was told it would be a 20-30min wait. We all waited outside in the cold before finally heading to our cars to warm up. They disregard American's with Disabilities. This veteran with a breathing problem was not allowed to eat lunch with a group of friends. Shameful. I wore our nations uniform and these must kick us vets around like we are trash.

Ordered 5 burgers to-go last night and I will not be returning or spending another penny here. Every burger was thrown together like a toddler crafted it, didn’t get the sides we asked for, the fries were terrible and tasted like they were old ones that were about to be thrown away and were instead used for an order that wouldn’t be at the restaurant to complain about the poor quality of food. RecommendedMy boyfriend and I love Red Robin and have never had an issue here. Unfortunately, we ordered to-go last night and both ended up really sick, and throwing up. Not sure what happened but Please check your ingredients and how the food is being handled, especially with this virus going around. Very rough night for both of us.
