terrible place. the manager and staff a rude. the food is horrible. I question if they treated us the way they did because we didn't fit in being disabled. when asking questions the manager and staff rolled their eyes and either evaded the question or sighed really loud like it was a bother to them.

They advertise on thier website to call in and get added on the waitlist, so my husband did so and they told him it doesn't matter if he does that or not because it doesn't guarantee us a table. Once arrived we were told 5-10 minutes while they clean a table, 20 minutes later he went back inside to check as we hadn't been texted and they said, Oh whoops we must have texted the wrong number you'll have to wait another 20 minutes, Not a good customer service experience at all.

We live less than a minute from Red Robin. We ordered curbside and my husband waited 1/2 hour in his car to be sent home with cold food for our family. I can’t believe they sent it out the door. And my cup of clam chowder was about the size of a teaspoon. And cold. Ridiculous.
