First time I had been there in 8 years was excited to go back, one we got in after 15 min wait our waitress came and took our drink order and appetizers when she got back over to the table with the drinks. I just went for the first time last night. I know, right?!? (Augusta) Our waitress, Carrie, provided excellent service and I enjoyed one of the best burgers I have ever had! I had the Whiskey River BBQ burger. The fries were delicious also. We all really enjoyed our meals. Carrie made sure that my twin sons, who were enjoying their 17th birthday, were celebrated. Slow sercice, very loud music, French onion soup that tasted like broth poured over a salt lick, and a very rude manager. That's the last time I'll be going there.
I usually love red robin since I was a kid. Not tonight though..usually get a milkshake to go and tonight was no exception. I ask the waiter and watched him punch in to go. (By the way he was great very friendly and attentive) A waitress brought me the shake the wrong size and also in a regular glass for there.
