I called to let them know we had a large party that wanted to dine in this restaurant and the party was 14 people many of whom kids. And the manager said we can’t do it because they are short staffed I said ok what if we sat in different areas 2 party’s of 7 and she said nope short staffed then I asked do you not want me to come to your restaurant and she just kept repeating short staffed. I truly hope they get help soon. If the experience was because of short staff. Waitress added lemon to the soda, burger had everything on it, that was specifically asknot, burger was raw and sweet potato fries were cold. Then waitress says you can choose what you want for tip and be on your merry way!
Went with a party of 5 at 2PM thinking that such an in between time would not be too busy, and as expected it did not appear busy, lots of empty tables. However was told that it would be a 45 minute wait to be seated. Didn't want to wait that long plus probably another 45 to be served. While outside a few minutes discussing where else we were going to go, at least 3 other parties were turned away and left grumbling. wait staff is beyond amazing. everything is sectioned off and cleaned. friendly and fast. food was amazing as well! can't get enough of those bottomless fries!
This restaurant and the folks that work there are absolutely fantastic! Every time we go, the food is always excellent, the burgers huge, the service friendly, and what else can I say, the food is just awesomely tremendous!!!

service was quick and the food was good.
The restaurant staff was great, we had a late lunch, started off with the chili cheese fries, they were some of the best I've ever eaten. Can't wait to go vack again.

Asked for my burger to be cooked medium but when I received it it was fully cooked and burnt, My girlfriend got a Clucks & fries and got 4 maybe 5 fries, food was barely warm. Not impressed with this visit.
