Was here once before (2 or 3 years ago and it was great), but dinner last night was one screw up after another. When the hostess looked at the four of us (two gentlemen who are 60, myself 45 and my 6 year old) and said if we are all over 21 she could seat us in the bar. My six year does not look 21. Not even close. Took a long time for waitress to get to us for drink order. Waitress also disappeared for long periods of time(we could see the rest of the dining room-she wasn't there). First time every been to a location, staff friendly . Food came in a timely manner. Had a drink at the bar and it was nice.
My husband and I tried to eat here yesterday. They were busy so we were seated in the bar area. It was so cramped that the poor servers couldn't maneuver in between the tables. It made me so uncomfortable that we had to leave before we could even order. The waitress was very kind, and didn't make us pay for the drink my husband ordered, but due to the amount of tables crowded into an already small area we will not be returning.
Love this place. Friendly service and great food.. if you haven't been it's a must
Normally you guys knock it out of the park, but $4.99 for half a cup of mac n cheez? Come on guys.
The service staff was wonderful!!! Tonight I went into Red Robin in Augusta with a horrible Cluster Migraine. We had bee down in Portland for a drs appointment and needed to stop to get food on the way home. The staff heard I had a migraine and unscrewed the light bulb above my table and turned off a bright sign for me. The enabled me to eat my dinner with significantly less pain. The food was ok. But unfortunately I left my wallet on the table we were served at Wednesday night 11.25.15 around 7pm. Thursday was Thanksgiving and the restaurant was closed. I called Friday morning and spoke to a manager and he stated my wallet was there and I could pick it up anytime-very kind of him. I arrived around 10am on Friday to pick it up and I was told by the female "manager" it wasn't even opened. Well it was opened and 2 100.00 dollar bills were removed from it.
