Sat at the bar, wasn't to busy still had to wait a while for drinks to be served. Food was delicious, may have been short staffed.
Was in with a friend and the waitress was friendly and always checking on us to see if we needed anything
Red Robin was our favorite place to eat, but the last two times we've been in service and food have fallen way short of the norm. My food was cold and my children's food was so cold that my two year old commented about it. I was given more French fries, about half the amount given in the usual order, to replace my cold ones. I was not comp'd for the error that was made to my daughters food (I ordered mandarin oranges, she got onion rings so I was charged more). My wife and I went here for the first time and it was a great experience. Food was good service was good all round great place to eat.
Becky is my favourite waitress of any i have had at any restaurant! She is wonderful and professional and we always come back for her ( and the Amazing burgers) give that girl a HUGE raise she deserves that and more!
We eat here a couple times a month. Food has for the most part always been well prepared. Service on the other hand can be hit or miss. Some servers don't follow up as often as others. My suggestion is not let them seat you at the kitchen, much too noisy and a constant parade of people by your table. Wait for a table elsewhere.

Just walked out because the waitress obviously needs a different job. The restaurant was not busy at all, and it took over 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. We didn't receive kids menus, had to wait for those, said she would be back. Pressed the call sever button on the tablet after another 10 minutes, waited 5 minutes, tables around us were waited on and we got nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
My boyfriend and I were in today for lunch and we had the absolute best waitress! She was kind, helpful and very prompt! It was definitely a great end to vacation. We have eaten out probably 10 times in the past week and she was by far the best waitress! I sure hope her manager gives her praise for her hard work and dedication. We even tipped her extra because she was so good! I kept the recipt so I could remember her name for the next time we go to Red Robin!
