Extremely slow service, rude waitstaff, dirty silverware, incorrect orders, and “bottomless” at this location is just not possible. Have tried this location several times and this has been the case each time. Not sure we will bother to return at this point.
Having worked in restaurants for a number if years, I try to be sympathetic to my wait staff and the cooks. However I have have been to this location a number of times and have never had a good experience. Today is no different. Food that was ordered came out wrong. Server never checked on us after we ordered. I made a couple of attempts at getting the managers attention but he always seemed too busy to look at the guests in the restaurant. Service was awful. Drinks sucked premade crap. Food was ok but took for ever to arrive.
Great food, as usual. S-l-o-w service. Also, husband was given mostly skinny fries. My fries were all the nice steak fries.
Stopped by Thursday night around 7pm, 12/14/17. We were told 10-15 minute wait, after a minute of waiting the gentlemen at the front desk told us we could not wait in the waiting area with a baby carriage because it was a safety hazard, even though I had the carriage pushed up against the wall and left plenty of room for people to walk by. We left and got dinner somewhere else.
Placed a large to go order today with 5 meals. Barbara the hostess was very pleasant. TO-go orders are now listed ked up with the host, not at the bar. All the meals were perfect except one, a Sriracha burger that had a few things missing. I called to see what we could work out. The manager offered to bring a burger to me because I couldn't leave work again to pick it up. Outstanding! Solid experience, great food, would 100% recommend to a friend. I will definitely be back!
