RecommendedGood food good service! Last night was my first time eating at the Red Robin, and definitely not the last time.
Someone needs to tell your bartender that was working yesterday that we don’t care about her problems with company policies .. this is the second time we have sat with her at the bar and now realize the first time wasn’t a fluke, she is not doing much for your company. We got all of our food at once because all she did was complain to the whole staff that she didnt’ get tipped out by a server. Bummer, the food is good, but we will find another place to go from now on. Have a good day.
As always awful service! No reason it should take over and hour at a Hamburg place. Iced tea wasted like water. Ask to switch for a water and get charged $2.99 anyway. Then to top it off I ordered a salad to go and they put the dressing on the salad.. Really! Who the hell wants a soggy salad..
Waitress decided the coin part of my change was hers. So that's what she got a $.57 tip. Tried to notify the manager and this guy who looked like he just got out of bed after sleeping in his clothes all night says he's the manager great first impressions real professional lol. Basically got blown off. Told him it was my last time there. The owners better wake up or they will wake up one day with no customers like the restaurants that were there before. The times I have gone this year, I have enjoyed the staff and the food. The servers have been very friendly, especially our last server Josh.
Went to Red Robin for dinner. They sat us in the bar. After 5 minutes we finally see our waitress (the bartender), she says I'll be right over. Then she proceeds to make about 9 drinks. She served those drinks, takes another dinner order and finally comes over to take our drink and food order. She goes back to the bar and immediately serves the 2 people that walked in 10 minutes after us! We still don't have drinks!
