RecommendedWe go to this location every year for our daughter’s birthday. They are so welcoming and energetic that this is the place SHE wants to be every year! Foos is always great but the service is what makes this place exceptional! Kate is an amazing server and makes you feel beyond welcomed! We always enjoy our visits!
Food was not impressive.Service was extremely slow,,, only got one refill on my water…I really did not like the burger.Carls Jr makes a better burger than the one I had.
Got home and my wife had to spit out her first bite. Said it was hard and crunchy. I never expect perfection, but this was served on purpose. May have been a accident to char it, but a decision was made to serve it. Also, onion rings had no sauce included. Another purposely made decision.
Went with a party of 5 at 2PM thinking that such an in between time would not be too busy, and as expected it did not appear busy, lots of empty tables. However was told that it would be a 45 minute wait to be seated. Didn't want to wait that long plus probably another 45 to be served. While outside a few minutes discussing where else we were going to go, at least 3 other parties were turned away and left grumbling. Thank you to our outstanding server, Josh. To the manager of the Flint, Michigan location ~ we were a party of 9 and Josh committed each order to memory. He made our experience so much fun that our table broke out in applause!. The food was delicious and appreciate my Birthday burger! We wanted to recognize our server on a job well done.
