Ok....waited an additional 15 minutes after the time that a CURBSIDE 2 go order was scheduled to be ready. Then when I was brought the food was rudely told “you’re welcome” instead of THANK YOU for waiting. As if I was inconveniencing her. And...the food was cold and not what I ordered how?
ordered a to go order via grubhub. waited an hour. got told my order hadn't even been started yet. this isn't the first time i've had issues with the service at this location. definitely would recommend avoiding with so many other options in the area.
Was very disappoint!!first my fries was cold and then by the time she bring the hot fries the � was cold. Ohnoooo don't like my food cold!�
Very very very slow service. No intentions of visiting this location ever again.
It took forever to get our food.The waitress would ask us if we needed anything then it was like she forgot about us .The place was dirty. Hamburger was dry and shrimp was not cooked. Endless stake fries took 20mins.We will never be back to Hilliard Red Robin.
