I received some COLD Fries and ask for a replacement and received those that were COLD as well. When the waitress ask me was everything ok, I replied that fries are still COLD but I'm ok. She replied, I can have them drop u some fresh fries. I decline but said to myself that should of happened the first time I request another order. I was disappointed!!!

We ate an early dinner in the bar area. Taylor was our server and she was so friendly, quick and efficient. She even made the suggestion to add an egg to my burger, which was fantastic. As a former server I really appreciated what a great job she did.
Our waitress wasn’t too great, very inattentive. Another one saw that she was slacking and helped out :)

Tonight we(a party of 10) chose Red Robin for my son's 10th birthday and we should have chosen somewhere different. A waitress carrying too many glasses walks by spilling drinks all over my father, I had to send my order back 3 times to get my burger the way I ordered it, half our parties food came out 25 minutes before the other half, and my brother in laws burger was incorrect as well.
