I hope someone reads this. I had just finished a 4 hour road trip with my 1 yr old daughter and we were both tired and starving. When it was time for me to pay for my meal, I could not find the cash that I had put in pocket 4 hours earlier, it mustve fallen out or something. I was so humiliated. I had to tell the manager, Kevin Lapene, that I couldn't pay my $12 bill and I was almost in tears. He took care of my bill with his own money and didn't make me feel bad or anything. I am sitting at Red Robin right now. Took my son out for his birthday, if this was my first experience with a red robin I would never return. I have been to the at Easton several times and had a wonderful time but will never be back to this restaurant.
The worse service ever. 2nd time pulled hair out of my mouth in burger and had to wait on silverware just crazy don't know how they stay in business.
