The burgers has shrunk in size since they first opened but none the less taste amazing.
Took my Mom and nephew there two weeks ago. Should have been forewarned when we came in and manager was offering coupon to someone. We commented how we hated people that will eat then complain to get it free. Forty minutes after ordering we still did not have our food. Everyone that came in after us had. When I told them we would just pay for the supposed endless float, we no longer needed the food. it was ready but no one had brought it to us. We wont be back. we did not accept the food.

Red Robin used to be one of our favorite places to eat,but the Hilliard location has ruined it for us. The first time we received bad service we thought it was a matter of them being busy and still came back just to receive mediocre service again. After a few months break we can back today.
